Balneo Complex & Spa Aquatonik is located in Velingrad, the spa capital of the Balkans. We love it. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel and the rooms are cosy. The swimming pools are clean and full with mineral water. The bar is next by and always open for a good fresh juice, coffee or cocktail while relaxing next to the pool.The wellness centre is great. Massages, treatment therapies as well as medical treatments. There is a kid's corner which our child likes a lot. We are regular guests since couple of years. Highly recommended!

My family and I, we were in an apartment. It had two bedrooms and a living room. The rooms were big enough for all of us. It was nice and clean. The SPA center is not very big but new and very clean. The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious. We will visit the hotel again for sure.

Nag-aalok ng outdoor pool at indoor pool, makikita ang Park Hotel and SPA Vella Hills sa Velingrad. May spa at wellness center ang resort at masisiyahan ang mga guest na kumain sa restaurant. Vella Hills exceeded my expectations, service was very professional, the spa center was clean, the rooms were awesome and the beds were comfy. Highly recommend for families

Situated in the Chepino district of Velingrad, Lorena Holiday Spa Свети Спас features accommodation with a pool with a view, free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk and a lift. The apartment was very warm and cozy! It’s not something very often in Bulgaria. And there were everything you need to cook and to eat and even to clean(if you need it during your stay) The big advantage aslo that there are actually 2 separate rooms, so if your friends or children sleep in the hall, you won’t bother them going to the restroom. The sofa in the hall is also quite comfortable! We were very thankful to the owner for his kindness, because we closed the door and the left the key inside.. Although it was quite late we wrote the owner and he sent by taxi the man who opened us the door. It was very kind! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
