The forest jacuzzis are awesome. Everything is so clean. The room is very comfy, and well decorated. Also very clean. The breakfast has an enormous variety of food, and so tasty. The dinner is refined and tasty. The staff are very polite.

A Balneo Complex & Spa Aquatonik épülete Velingrád településén, a balkáni fürdő-fővárosban található. We love it. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel and the rooms are cosy. The swimming pools are clean and full with mineral water. The bar is next by and always open for a good fresh juice, coffee or cocktail while relaxing next to the pool.The wellness centre is great. Massages, treatment therapies as well as medical treatments. There is a kid's corner which our child likes a lot. We are regular guests since couple of years. Highly recommended!

My family and I, we were in an apartment. It had two bedrooms and a living room. The rooms were big enough for all of us. It was nice and clean. The SPA center is not very big but new and very clean. The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious. We will visit the hotel again for sure.

I think we have found our place with a warm welcome and a nice atmosphere. We love their two Akita :)

The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. Everything was as described and the SPA facilities were great. The hosts were very helpful throughout and professional, they even prepared birthday baloons for us which was a wonderful gesture!
