The forest jacuzzis are awesome. Everything is so clean. The room is very comfy, and well decorated. Also very clean. The breakfast has an enormous variety of food, and so tasty. The dinner is refined and tasty. The staff are very polite.

Balneo Complex & Spa Aquatonik is located in Velingrad, the spa capital of the Balkans. We love it. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel and the rooms are cosy. The swimming pools are clean and full with mineral water. The bar is next by and always open for a good fresh juice, coffee or cocktail while relaxing next to the pool.The wellness centre is great. Massages, treatment therapies as well as medical treatments. There is a kid's corner which our child likes a lot. We are regular guests since couple of years. Highly recommended!

Spaahotell Kleptuza asub Velingradis Kleptuza järve kõrval. Hotellis on moodsad rõduga toad, sise- ja välibasseinid, sauna ja aurusaunaga spaa ning võluva terrassiga restoran. My family and I, we were in an apartment. It had two bedrooms and a living room. The rooms were big enough for all of us. It was nice and clean. The SPA center is not very big but new and very clean. The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious. We will visit the hotel again for sure.

Offering an outdoor pool and an indoor pool,Park Hotel and SPA Vella Hills is set in Velingrad. The resort has a spa and wellness centre and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Vella Hills exceeded my expectations, service was very professional, the spa center was clean, the rooms were awesome and the beds were comfy. Highly recommend for families

The room was clean, modern furnished, comfortable, and spacious.The host and his mother were very kind and friendly. We left relaxed and eager to return soon. I think we have found our place with a warm welcome and a nice atmosphere. We love their two Akita :)

Set in Velingrad, less than 1 km from Park Kleptuza, Апартамент и Студия "Спа Вълшебство" offers accommodation with pool with a view, free private parking, a spa and wellness centre and a fitness... The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. Everything was as described and the SPA facilities were great. The hosts were very helpful throughout and professional, they even prepared birthday baloons for us which was a wonderful gesture!
