The half board package was exceptional in the time we were there there was no meal repeats and every night was different. Excellent and kind staff, beautiful mineral water baths and swimming pools saunas and other spa facilities are clean and outstanding. Honestly you feel like you are in the Swiss alps.

يقع Balneo Complex & Spa Aquatonik في فيلينغراد، عاصمة السبا في منطقة البلقان. We love it. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel and the rooms are cosy. The swimming pools are clean and full with mineral water. The bar is next by and always open for a good fresh juice, coffee or cocktail while relaxing next to the pool.The wellness centre is great. Massages, treatment therapies as well as medical treatments. There is a kid's corner which our child likes a lot. We are regular guests since couple of years. Highly recommended!

Our hosts were very welcoming, responsive and attentive to our needs. It was a positively memorable experience that will stay with us for many years. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and we really enjoyed using the sauna, hot tub and common areas.

The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. Everything was as described and the SPA facilities were great. The hosts were very helpful throughout and professional, they even prepared birthday baloons for us which was a wonderful gesture!
