Både rum och allmänna utrymmen på Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof Ghent renoverades i oktober 2018. Hotellet ligger bara 500 meter från Gents historiska stadskärna. Everything was great. I came too early because of a massive migraine-like headache. The room wasn't ready yet and I was advised to go to their library where I would be on my own (which was true). But after less than 30 min, one of the staff came to get me. I had received another type of room so I could rest. As always with Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof, I loved the personal attention, the spa area, and the amazing breakfast!

Detta hotell ligger vid floden Leie i centrala Gent, 500 meter från Sankt Bavo-katedralen och 2 minuters promenad från shoppingområdet Veldstraat. The location is great, everything is in close proximity. We were glad to get tips from the staff about where to find stores, waffles etc. There is an Irish pub in the hotel, it isn't loud and didn't bother us at night, however, we didn't get to try it. Parking is tight, but manageable. Everything was clean, communication in English was smooth and checking in and out was effortless. Would go again.

The building and decoration, it's 100/100. All saffs were friendly and helpful, exven Mr. Aldo, the cat reception. I like the separaed toilet room and bath room. The view from my room was sooo amazing!
