The location of the hotel is really close to the main attractions: just a few minutes walk. From the train station, we took the tram and the station was just 3 minutes walk to the hotel. The gentleman at the reception was also super friendly and helpful. The room itself was super spacious (family room). Overall I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

It was one of best hotels that I booked in almost 15 years traveling around the world. The recepcionist Willian is very kind and provided good tips about restaurants in town. The hotel is near to touristic sights. 5-10 minutes walking.

We had been quite surprised (in the good way) by the interior of our room. Hotel is self check in, breakfast is basic but alright, kind and nice staff, wifi worked well. Its very close to the city centre, there is food shop just across the street. The best things were that heating had been working well (we traveled in november) and size of the bed. When i travel again to Ghent i would pick up again this place. We had been really happy there.
