Situated in Perth, 1.6 km from Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, Holiday Inn West Perth features air-conditioned accommodation and a fitness centre. Dinner was excellent. The location suited my needs.

I booked this to hang out with my son who lives in Perth. Although this accommodation was on a busy road, it was quiet and peaceful inside. It was spotlessly clean and well located. The owner was warm and friendly on the phone and the property came with 2 carpark. Well worth the stay.

Came over from Sydney and stayed with a friend of mine over a long weekend for a little holiday and visit. Apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was excellent, with short walks to many restaurants, shops and Kings Park, with bus stops right outside if you don't want to be walking too much that will get you just about anywhere you need to in the CBD. Leading up to check-in my correspondence with Sharon who manages this apartment was excellent, there were a few hiccups but all got sorted with no dramas and she made the whole experience smooth and easy. Definitely recommend staying here or with any property managed by Short Rental Perth. If I ever find myself in Perth again I'll definitely be considering them as my first choice.

The room is spacious, have balcony, kitchen, washing and drying machine, great for staying multiple days. Despite not located in CBD, the accommodation is closed to CAT stop and City West train station, so it’s very convenient for traveling to CBD or Fremantle. Have secure parking.

I had high expectations after reading reviews - these were exceeded. I chose because of location mainly, and the studio with kitchenette. It was perfect for my stay! View from the room was right over Kings Park, Kitchenette was way more usable than I thought, full sized washer and dryer!, shower was wonderful and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and just interested in ensuring you had a lovely stay.

O Quest on Rheola está localizado em West Perth, a apenas 5 minutos de carro do Perth CBD. A propriedade fica a uma curta caminhada do Jardim Botânico Kings Park. Chose it for the location as close to Nedlands where we had a family wedding. Liked the layout and the comfort of the apartment and the space was generous. Coffee shop was just a 4 minute walk and it opened early so that was a bonus.
