Situated in Perth, 1.6 km from Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, Holiday Inn West Perth features air-conditioned accommodation and a fitness centre. Dinner was excellent. The location suited my needs.

There is underground parking for $20 per day which I think is a good value. Free bus service to the City at the front door. Many breakfast options within 5 min walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Competitively priced.

I booked this to hang out with my son who lives in Perth. Although this accommodation was on a busy road, it was quiet and peaceful inside. It was spotlessly clean and well located. The owner was warm and friendly on the phone and the property came with 2 carpark. Well worth the stay.

Very impressed with the little touches like a Nespresso machine and some pods to get us started. Huge sunny private courtyard looking up towards Kings Park. We walked across the road to the lake and down to the Swan River. The pool was great, we had it to ourselves. Brent & Michelle were perfect hosts and easy to contact when we wanted to know what time the hotel breakfast was served. We will be back!

Came over from Sydney and stayed with a friend of mine over a long weekend for a little holiday and visit. Apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was excellent, with short walks to many restaurants, shops and Kings Park, with bus stops right outside if you don't want to be walking too much that will get you just about anywhere you need to in the CBD. Leading up to check-in my correspondence with Sharon who manages this apartment was excellent, there were a few hiccups but all got sorted with no dramas and she made the whole experience smooth and easy. Definitely recommend staying here or with any property managed by Short Rental Perth. If I ever find myself in Perth again I'll definitely be considering them as my first choice.

Despite not located in CBD, the accommodation is closed to CAT stop and City West train station, so it’s very convenient for traveling to CBD or Fremantle. Have secure parking.

Located across the road from beautiful Kings Park, Quest Kings Park offers modern studio apartments. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Quiet surrounding, near to Kings Park, easy access to city center and within Free Transport Zone, available free CAT buses.
