Came over from Sydney and stayed with a friend of mine over a long weekend for a little holiday and visit. Apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was excellent, with short walks to many restaurants, shops and Kings Park, with bus stops right outside if you don't want to be walking too much that will get you just about anywhere you need to in the CBD. Leading up to check-in my correspondence with Sharon who manages this apartment was excellent, there were a few hiccups but all got sorted with no dramas and she made the whole experience smooth and easy. Definitely recommend staying here or with any property managed by Short Rental Perth. If I ever find myself in Perth again I'll definitely be considering them as my first choice.

The room is spacious, have balcony, kitchen, washing and drying machine, great for staying multiple days. Despite not located in CBD, the accommodation is closed to CAT stop and City West train station, so it’s very convenient for traveling to CBD or Fremantle. Have secure parking.

El Riverview on Mount Street, con vistas al río Swan, ofrece departamentos elegantes con vistas al centro de Perth. Location was fantastic, the cafe downstairs is great, and the after-hours check-in was easy.

El Quest on Rheola está situado en West Perth, a solo 5 minutos en auto del distrito financiero de Perth y a poca distancia a pie del jardín botánico de Kings Park. Chose it for the location as close to Nedlands where we had a family wedding. Liked the layout and the comfort of the apartment and the space was generous. Coffee shop was just a 4 minute walk and it opened early so that was a bonus.
