The location was great with the Red Cat bus stop right outside the building. This made it easy to travel to the CBD and beyond. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Happy hour was good.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, inner courtyard view and a patio, Lovely city apartment with private courtyard, pool, free parking, gym is set in Perth. Very clean spacious apartment. I loved all the plant decor and also the courtyard area. Was nice to be able to do our laundry also, definitely will be back.

M5 West Perth Studio Apartment near Kings Park is situated in the West Perth district of Perth, 2.3 km from Perth Concert Hall, 2.7 km from Kings Park and 3.7 km from WACA. Came over from Sydney and stayed with a friend of mine over a long weekend for a little holiday and visit. Apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was excellent, with short walks to many restaurants, shops and Kings Park, with bus stops right outside if you don't want to be walking too much that will get you just about anywhere you need to in the CBD. Leading up to check-in my correspondence with Sharon who manages this apartment was excellent, there were a few hiccups but all got sorted with no dramas and she made the whole experience smooth and easy. Definitely recommend staying here or with any property managed by Short Rental Perth. If I ever find myself in Perth again I'll definitely be considering them as my first choice.

The Sebel West Perth has a balcony and is set in Perth, within just 1.5 km of Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and 1 km of Perth Arena. Private parking is available on site. Great location, really close to the RAC area and also a short walk into the city. The apartment was very clean and came with a full kitchenette and laundry facilities, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel had a pool and a gym but we didn't have time to check those out. The hotel was very secure as you need a key card to gain access after certain hours and the car park was very secure too. Great value for money and would absolutely stay here again.
