The beach is shallow, good for wading through really warm waters. The daily yoga workshop that Julie offeres is a great opportunity to larn more about breathing and to find inner stillness. I also used the opportunity for a 3 day digital detox: very healthy and I only missed the chance to take pictures (but took some on the day of my departure. I recommend this place when you seek a peaceful time in nature, enjoy simplicity, and look for some time with yourself.
