Towels and bed linen are offered in the country house. The property has an outdoor dining area. Located at the edge of Carterton the cottage is a good base to explore the Martinbourough-region. We also made trips to Cape Palliser, to the Putangirua Pinnacles (the Dimholt Road for lotr-fans), the Rivendell-location and the Waiohine-Gorge. Breakfast with homemade bread and fresh eggs was outstanding and the hosts recommended lovely restaurants. Last but not least - we loved Hazel and Lotta, the two dogs of the family. Guests at the accommodation can enjoy hiking nearby, or make the most of the garden. Beautiful apartment. Lovely views and very comfortable. Tricia and Rob were the perfect hosts.
