First roykan I've tried and not disappointed! The food is very good and generous I think, I had trouble finishing everything. The place is quiet in the middle of the forest, I had a large room and the staff are very attentive to your needs. They help you with your travel plans and you can ask them to take you by car from the station to the ryokan or other places if there are no buses.I recommend it!
It has a good quality price-ratio, as all the APA hotels I think. We were there for only one night, so there isn't much to say, but the room was quiet and it had good air conditioning (even if the machine was a bit dusty I think), which was great since it was so hot otherwise.
Comfortable location, just 5 mins walk from the Sendai station. Great if you plan to visit around and use trains a lot. Spacious room, with well-equipped bathroom. All you may need, plus a small fridge and a kettle. Tea bags for free. We had very good night's sleep, it was quiet at nights. Beds were comfortable. Overall good value.
Eiju the host became a friend. Quiet and lovely Place in the Center. A Voucher for a wonderful onsen. I recommend the matsushimakagai Train as it’s so beautiful in the Greens.
I like how clean and quiet it was. The staff was super nice and was close to a 7/11 to eat some snacks
The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable and the room was quiet, making it easy to get a good sleep. The air conditioner was easy to use.
Nice hotel in a great, central location. Very clean and new feel with a good sized room. Quiet and lot of places to drink and eat nearby.
Staff was amazing, they were very accommodating, even when we misremembered the check-out time. Room was comfortable and well equipped. We had the best time, and I think back fondly of our one night spent here. It was a little piece of paradise, very peaceful and quiet.
We liked how central the hotel was to lots of shopping, food and entertainment. We also felt very safe in the hotel, the room was very clean. It was also nice and quiet which made it very peaceful.
