Dream location with the sheep grazing in the morning. I extended the stay by a day since the atmosphere is very serene and the view from the living room is majestic.

The view is amazing! The appartment is big and has all you need. The bed is very comfortable, it was very quiet so i slept pretty well. I briefly met the owner who seemed like a lovely person, she even left some stuff for me for breakfast. I had a great stay and recommend this place if you're in the area.

It had all that we needed. It was a quiet and peaceful location.
This was a beautifully decorated and fully equipped 4 bedroom, 2 full bath house surrounded by beautiful countryside, mountains and horse farms. Very peaceful and good location for exploring peninsula. We loved having space to spread out. Hosts were great.
A very comfortable, small hotel in a wonderful, quiet area "in the middle of nowhere" - but nevertheless very easy to access. A great outdoor hot tub, and various hiking options available as well. We really liked this hotel - and are looking forward to visit it again.
Excellent location for nature lovers. Short distance to many interesting attractions. Good place to stay if you want to go hiking or bird watching.
Good little hotel which we only stayed one night. We arrived late but we were welcomed by staff member and showed to our room which met out needs and was comfortable. Peaceful and quiet. Nice breakfast in the morning also
This was my favourite stay across Iceland. The guesthouse and rooms are absolutely stunning - feels like a traditional B&B, and you can see family and local history throughout the house too. The location is quiet and peaceful, but still only 10-15min drive to shops, supermarkets, etc. Since it was the off-season, there were no other guests during my stay, so I had the entire guesthouse to myself. Only stayed one night, but saw the most amazing sunset and woke up to snow the next morning!
Beautiful location in the countryside, near termal baths. The beds were fantastic (after a long day od hiking they werejust what we needed).
Quiet and peaceful despite near the highway
The guesthouse is located in the countryside and it was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was well decorated and was just right for two people. Dinner and breakfast were very good and the highlight for us was the hot tub in the woods with a mountain view.
