Nice and quiet location. The bed was amazingly comfy. The walk-in rain shower was something else and not just a trickle. Drinks, snacks and chocolates in the room. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast was spot-on (choose from a menu the night before and so ready at the allocated time).

Every meal was delicious, and they were extremely cautious and accommodating toward allergies and dietary restrictions. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The cottage was absolutely spotless and so well equipped, Bee has thought of everything you may need for your stay from toiletries to kitchen bits and bobs! The cottage is stunningly decorated, so cosy and the view of the fields from the cottage is gorgeous. Bee was the best host you could have, she was so accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us, we really can’t wait to come back soon and we are so glad we’ve found this gem. We would 100% recommend staying here without a doubt 💛

Very comfy and beautiful with everything I could wish for as a mum traveling with a little one. And the bed was one of the best beds I ever slept in. The host was super helpful - ahead of our trip but also during. The area around the house is really great, lots of space and always something to discover for the little ones. In terms of places worth seeing in the area I liked the most Lynton (small and cute) and the SW coast path between Lynton and Valley of Rocks (truly impressive) and Weelacombe Beach (a kind of mother of all beaches).

Esta casa rural, situada en un terreno de 5,6 hectáreas de excepcional belleza natural, ofrece cabañas y una piscina climatizada al aire libre. Our flight was delayed so we arrived after the restaurant closed. The owner and his wife made us welcome, even though they had closed for the night. They very kindly opened a bottle of wine and made us a wonderful dinner. Throughout the stay their hospitality was amazing. The owner would not let us walk to the bus stop, instead he very kindly drove us all the way to Sidmouth in his own car! They really could not have done more for us!
