The nearest airport is Kota Kinabalu International Airport, 11 km from the accommodation. 3 storey huge comfy house to fix all my 13paxs family members. The house was clean and tidy, a complete facility with all the necessities, an auto mahjong table also brings a lot of joy for my family. The owner was also a super responsive and helpful person, i was a forgetful person and left my things in the fridge and I contacted the owner to help me keep and collect them later. Owner still offers to help send the items but I don't feel good to trouble him since it is my own mistake so I arranged a grab express! Overall me and my family have a happy stay with Jiale homestay:)

We absolutely loved our accommodation - the Lodge was spacious, cosy, comfortable, with 2 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, fantastic veranda and lovely balcony. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. We also loved the surroundings and specially hot springs tubes, where we had a bath after a hike.
Great location for visiting the orangutan and sun bear centers. Good food, cozy cabin feel
Stayed one night. Rustic charming lodges with all facilities. Helpful staff, great lounge/restaurant sitting area. Can have a meal or a drink there and buy supplies of water etc. Fantastic location for Orangutan rehabilitation centre and Sun Bear centre both next door to each other 10 minutes walk from the property. No bags even small ones allowed in Orangutan centre but free lockers provided. Swimming pool closes at 17.30 Great jungle walkways around the site
Lovely room (Nephentes Suite 12), and very cosy. Breakfast decent. If you want sunrise with the Mountain View, side outside Liwagu outdoor seating at the very end. Lovely view. There’s fireplace too where the staff will light it up for you. However personally for me the weather was just right, I only had it lighted up the first night for fun.
Breakfast have a lot of variety. My son loves it. The peak lodge come with a pantry, living room and two bedrooms. It come with a cosy fireplace as well Enjoy the fresh air on our morning walk along the numerous trials. Check-in was a breeze despite our late check in around 6pm. Responsive and friendly staffs. living amongst the nature so expect to see some bugs around the accomodation .
Clean, cosy, just nice for a quick getaway at Kundasang. The view of Mount Kinabalu from the lodge is mesmerising and breathtaking.
Reminds me of an english cabin. so cosy & well equipped, great for families. We played games, had coffees & hot choco, even dip our toes in the icy cold water stream down below. feels like a winter wonder land
Nice place, away from everything. Reaching the lodge by boat was an adventure by itself. Basic but nice bungalow with beautiful views. We liked the shared area (the views!!) and we liked sharing meal time and chatting with other guests. Wifi only at the shared area. Not in the bungalows. Due to the location, electricity is only available at certain time of the day but fans work all day and night.
Sutera Lodges are super cozy and perfectly clean, we really enjoyed it a lot! Huge bathroom, super comfortable beds, nicely furnished, with air conditioner and ventilator on the ceiling. Tv has few entertaining tv programs on English. Stuff is very friendly and professional, helped us with everything we needed. The restaurant has wide selection of tasty meals, Asian abd Western style. All in all a perfekt accomodation! .
