The staff was very helpful and friendly. At first I had issue with my payment but they solve it nicely. I requested to check in early and of course with charges but it was affordable to check in early as I was tired from long distance drive. I was glad they had room for me to check in early. The room was cozy and suitable for solo traveler and even had YouTube, Netflix because they had android TV. I enjoy it much. The bathroom also nice, I like it because had warm and cold water. Warm welcome does makes comfortable to stay.

I had an excellent stay at Parkcity Everly Bintulu! The big corner room they provided was spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One thing I really appreciated was the ample space in the room, which allowed me to perform my solah comfortably. The combination of a great room and accommodating facilities made my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bintulu.
It was a pleasant stay at Fairfield. Room is cozy and really clean. Staffs were friendly and professional from front desk till the cafe staffs. Should give them 5 stars for their service. Only to add more stars for the hotel is to add more amenities like pool and sauna. More options food for buffet. Overall is a big thumbs up 👍.
