Breakfast was NOT good . . . no welcome, no menu, and when I simply wanted a cup of coffee I saw a sign that reader Work Will Get You Coffee but worker on wanted to be on the phone and looked annoyed when I asked for coffee . . . didn't even care to hang around for unappetizing breakfast

A little bit feel like sweet home, nice simple and cozy. The staffs are friendly. At one time, we’re stuck because we’re waiting for the grab to go to the jetty but no grab car would accept us at that time. The staff offered us to hop on their car and sent us for free. Really glad they are willing to help. Really appreciate.
Photos on the website match the reality. Cosy communal area, free breakfast, which we did not expect (toast, jam, peanut butter, coffee, tea), you can also use a fridge and refill your water. Hot shower, good wifi, few local and cheap places to eat.
It is a cozy hotel. The receptionist and the maintenance guy were the staff members I interacted the most with and they were very kind and efficient. The room and bathroom were big enough for 1 person and the air con works really well.
Everything lah. This such an amazing place to stay, among the cheapest water bungalow in semporna. Definitely gonna stay here again if i happen to be in semporna. You will pay per room, unlike the others water bungalow which u need to pay per head to stay. Recommended, so beautiful waterbungalow ❤️.
Cosy and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning and a nice open common area. Very affordable in comparison to other hostels/hotels in Semporna considering it's similar to a pod, however, it's a private room. Definitely more for those who like to keep to themselves.
Loved the room, super cosy and very well kept and maintained. Loved that freebies, from shower caps to water. Helpful it had a little desk area and luggage surface. Beds were super comfy and the room was a nice size for me as a solo traveller.
Great location and super comfy, I felt safe and at home. Semporna isn’t the most charming of towns, but Amazing Rooms played a big part in making my visit to Semporna amazing! I hope to be back.
