Ideally situated in the centre of Kyoto, the recently renovated 秋桜館Cosmos offers well-equipped accommodation featuring air conditioning, free WiFi and flat-screen TV. Beautiful house that has everything you need in a quiet residential area. Decoration was nice and also we feel at home, we experienced the Japanese culture in that house. Super nice place to stay.

Situated in Kyoto, 2.4 km from TKP Garden City Kyoto and 3.4 km from Sanjusangen-do Temple, Minami Toji---JP Style Guesthouse in Kyoto offers a garden and air conditioning. I loved how everything was super clean and the house was super cozy. There were heat pumps in both bedrooms so it was very comfortable at night. Also, the proximity to Toji Temple as a nice surprise.

It is a great and beautiful place. It is located in the perfect location. 3 mins to subway, shops, restaurants and kids playground. Probably one of the best places to feel authentic Kyoto.

Located in Kyotango, 600 metres from Kotohikihama Beach and 5 km from Amino Shrine, Asobi Lodge provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a garden and a terrace. Located in a small village, with view down to the ocean from the room and the kitchen area. 15 minutes coastal walk to the beach - Kotohikihama Beach. Said all this, it means: breathtaking ...!! A double tatami room with a lot of space is located upstairs. Downstairs you find a sink and toilet. Outside across the yard there are more toilets and showers and the kitchen, not shared. The kitchen has a lot of space and equipment for cooking - if you want. No restaurants and shops close-by. My favorite place was the small balcony outside in front of the kitchen. Here you get the breeze, the view and the stars at night. Would have loved to stay a few nights more... Very kind and helpful owners!

Cozy home with comfy beds, incredibly sweet owner who speaks English and communicates very well!

Situated in the centre of Kyoto, just 1.6 km from Kyoto Imperial Palace and 3.2 km from Kyoto International Manga Museum, Daisenji Lodge Ing Red features accommodation with quiet street views and free... Staying at Daisenji Lodge was an amazing experience. We picked up our keys from the Daisenji Temple that is located right next to the apartments; very easy and straightforward. We were contacted on the booking.com app multiple times with detailed instructions about everything. The apartment is very spacious; a family of 4 or 5 would have plenty of room. They even have mangas and a PS3 for children (or playful adults)! The location is great; a 5 minute walk to subway station and the nearby supermarket that has delicious prepared meals. Very close to the Kamo river and the beautiful park that runs along its length (great for birders!). The washer/dryer is very convenient for longer stays, and the bathroom is amazing as well. In general, I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Boasting mountain views, The Lodge MIWA features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 20 km from Kinkaku-ji Temple. Had the most wonderful stay here. It is so beautiful and peaceful. A perfect relaxing stay in the Japanese countryside. We look forward to returning one day!

Set in Kyoto, 1.2 km from Shugakuin Imperial Villa, Yadoya Lodge offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and express check-in and check-out. Fantastic studio, really spatious, with great large hard bed and western furniture. It feels a bit like staying at a fancy bar with a bathtub :D. The decor is really unique. Everything works. Location was perfect for what we needed - the conference centre. Lots of shops nearby, good transport links by bus or a metro some distance away. The owner went out of his way to help us and be nice - thank you so much!

Located in the centre of Kyoto, 1 km from Kyoto Station and 1.2 km from TKP Garden City Kyoto, ゲストハウス至の宿 Shibainu-Themed Guesthouse offers free WiFi, a garden and air conditioning. Nothing at all i had a very bad experience and the owner was not supportive i was obligated to move to other hotel because of what happened to me. I don’t recommend any human being to book on this hotel either
