A double tatami room with a lot of space is located upstairs. Downstairs you find a sink and toilet. Outside across the yard there are more toilets and showers and the kitchen, not shared. The kitchen has a lot of space and equipment for cooking - if you want. No restaurants and shops close-by. My favorite place was the small balcony outside in front of the kitchen. Here you get the breeze, the view and the stars at night. Would have loved to stay a few nights more... Very kind and helpful owners!

We picked up our keys from the Daisenji Temple that is located right next to the apartments; very easy and straightforward. We were contacted on the booking.com app multiple times with detailed instructions about everything. The apartment is very spacious; a family of 4 or 5 would have plenty of room. They even have mangas and a PS3 for children (or playful adults)! The location is great; a 5 minute walk to subway station and the nearby supermarket that has delicious prepared meals. Very close to the Kamo river and the beautiful park that runs along its length (great for birders!). The washer/dryer is very convenient for longer stays, and the bathroom is amazing as well. In general, I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Location was perfect for what we needed - the conference centre. Lots of shops nearby, good transport links by bus or a metro some distance away. The owner went out of his way to help us and be nice - thank you so much!

Bonita casa en un barrio tranquilo bien comunicada. Al más puro estilo japonés. Con baño y ducha todo muy nuevo. Y bañera. La entrada para poner los zapatos y bolsas muy cómoda.

El hotel esta ubicado en el medio del campo de Myiama a tan solo 10min caminando de las famosas casas Myiama para ir a vistiar. Las vistas de la habitación dan al rio y bosque, muy lindo! Definitivamente la cena (incluida en el precio) y la atención del hotel fue lo que mas se destaca. Muy agusto y bienvenidos.
La magia de dormir en una casa típica japonesa se cumplió. El ryokan tiene mucho encanto, el personal es encantador, muy amables, tenía baños privados tanto para hombres como para mujeres y el desayuno tradicional riquísimo. Además, la ubicación muy buena, en pleno centro de Kyoto pero muy tranquilo

Super cómodo. Éramos 2 en un departamento preparado para 5, lo elegimos especialmente sabiendo que en japón los espacios suelen ser más reducidos y estuvo perfecto. Pasamos dos semanas como en casa.
La ubicacion. Tiene todo lo necesario. Bonita casa tradicional. Muy buena atención. Te regalan Sake y te de matcha de cortesía.
Me encantaron las instalaciones, muy espacioso y limpio. Me encantó que está adaptada la casa japonesa tradicional en El hotel para disfrutarla y sentirte más en Kioto. El spa está incluido. El desayuno es muy bueno.
