Beautiful house that has everything you need in a quiet residential area. Decoration was nice and also we feel at home, we experienced the Japanese culture in that house. Super nice place to stay.

京·馨 is located 400 metres from Nijo Castle and 1.3 km from Kyoto International Manga Museum in the centre of Kyoto. The house is very nice, traditionally looking but spacious enough, with the bathtub kind of outdoors like an onsen. Location is right next to Nijo castle, easy to get to and from, and there is a convenient store and supermarket nearby. The host explained everything about the house and the place had everything that is to be needed.

I loved how everything was super clean and the house was super cozy. There were heat pumps in both bedrooms so it was very comfortable at night. Also, the proximity to Toji Temple as a nice surprise.
