Offering sea views, Birkenshaw - Beautiful Shepherd’s Hut in the Highlands. Is an accommodation set in Dornoch, 8 km from Royal Dornoch Golf Club and 16 km from Dunrobin Castle. The location is definitely the best but - it was so peaceful. The hut was beautifully decorated with really nice added touches.

Pod 4 is located in Skail. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Beautiful and peaceful place. Pod was quaint and had everything you needed.

Offering a terrace and mountain view, The Wee Lodge is located in Mallaig, 41 km from Glenfinnan Monument and 41 km from Glenfinnan Viaduct. The location was amazing, over looking the loch. The host had supplied fresh eggs from her hens, local cheese, oatcakes aswell as some local beer. Lots of information supplied in a book in the lodge along with maps. Fully stocked with everything you could need. The lodge was very clean. The sheep's, hens and other animals all come up to the lodge which we thoroughly enjoyed. A break away from internet and distractions was a dream.

Boasting sea views, Loch Eyre Shepherd Hut provides accommodation with a garden, around 33 km from Dunvegan Castle. This luxury tent features free private parking and private check-in and check-out. Cute place. Nice. Clean. So unique. The host was really nice. David was telling everything we need about the hut. We also get compliment like bread, oatmeal, short bread, coffee, water everyday. Everything was so nice. Thanks for welcoming us. PS: wait for the sunset, the view was amazing!

May tanawin ng bundok, matatagpuan ang Inver Coille Campsite sa Fort Augustus at may accommodation na may kitchenette. Available on-site ang private parking. A lovely location near Loch Ness that allowed us to explore from there. The starter pack of hot chocolate and drinks was appreciated.

Shandon tipi is set in Lochcarron. With free private parking, the property is 34 km from Eilean Donan Castle and 38 km from Kyle of Lochalsh. Outdoor seating is also available at the luxury tent. We really loved it here. We stayed in the tipi tent, which also hab a bench out front and a shed with all necessities. There was a shower, a chemical toilet, a sink with running water, a tiny kitchen with a gas cooker. They also had spices, cooking oil and instant coffee. The bed was really comfortable and the tipi tent was super spacious. Our highlight aside from the accommodations was the croft itself. There were sheep and pig and the owner was super friendly, showing us that the pigs could be petted. We ended up feeding them our strawberries, because they were so cute. It was just a special and quiet place to sit, breathe and enjoy the view. If you are up to a bit of nice glamping, we would recommend highly and we‘re already planning on returning.
