Location was perfect - city center, a lot of restaurants in surroundings, room was clean and silent, staff was very helpfull and friendly.

Set in the western part of Madeira, this brand new accommodation was built on the grounds of an old sugar cane factory. Andrea the receptionist was so sweet and helpful. She guided every day and made a list of things to do. We were checking out early in the morning so they packed a cute picnic basket as well. Beautiful place and it was a great stay.

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Casa das Proteas is located at Estrada das Covas nº8, São Jorge, Madeira Island, 50 km from Funchal. The location is excellent as a starting point for several hikes. Amazing place, breathtaking view, calm and quite, tranquility! Teresa is exceptional host! Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommended.

Situated in Funchal, within 2 km of Almirante Reis Beach and 4 km of Marina do Funchal, Quinta São Gonçalo features accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. We absolutely loved our stay here. The house and gardens are stunning, we particularly enjoyed spending time on the balcony and walking around the banana plantation. The bed was super comfy! Communication was exceptional and they were able to accommodate our early arrival time. Thank you!

Very well equipped kitchen with a big shared living room. A few parking spots along the street next to the house. Nice and helpful host.

Offering a terrace and city view, Alexia Room is set in Funchal, 1.7 km from Marina do Funchal and 15 km from Girao Cape. Hostess was friendly & provided a variety of activities & restaurants in Funchal. Her suite was very clean & comfortable, beautiful bed linens/pillows along with a microwave& coffee maker. Alexia room was a perfect for a short stay & the neighbourhood was easy to navigate once you got used to the hills of Funchal. Great place for solo travellers.

Located in Estreito de Câmara de Lobos and only 2.1 km from Vigário Beach, Vila Afonso provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. My wife and I loved the villa! It was clean and comfy. The host was super helpful and gave us good hiking tips. Would definitely stay again.

Sunset House in Arco da Calheta provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a terrace and barbecue facilities. Very nice host, when arrivwd he greeted us, ans showed the rooms, and where to park the car.also reasonable facilitys for the price.

Bluegreen in Arco da Calheta provides adults-only accommodation with pool with a view, a garden and a terrace. The host was great always available and friendly but not over hovering us. Great hosting overall. The house was very tastefully decorated and newly renovated, with a well equipped outside space and even a small pool. Bathroom was very clean and loved the rain shower.
