Located within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of George Town, Ren I Tang Heritage Inn is located in a restored building from the 1800s. Spanning an area of 3 shop house units, the property features free WiFi, a restaurant and small museum on the ground floor, which used to be a medical hall. Lovely, friendly staff who were really hospitable! Great breakfast, very unique and historic hotel in a fantastic location walking distance from all major Georgetown sights.

Lovely guesthouse in a strategic location. It's within walking distance to the main attractions of Georgetown but still quiet at night. The room is charming (love the wooden floors) and the both bed-and bathroom are very clean. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
My room was clean, large and with a private balcony and bathroom. The night guard, Mohammed, was friendly and made me feel welcome and safe when I arrived at night. This is like a hostel for adults. Quiet and decent.

The air conditioning worked well. The room was secure. It was quiet at night time. I wanted basic comfortable and clean and this hostel fulfilled that brief. It was helpful to have a convenience store and ATM close by. Location was pretty good and taxis are very cheap so moving around is not a problem.
Great hostel in the midst of town. Rather quiet compared to others. Lovely staff! Talkative if you want, private if needed. They give a lot of tips in and outside Georgetown and help with anything when asked. The whole place is rather large and relaxed. Would recommend!
