We are an adult-only budget guesthouse. We have a nice spacious lovely roof terrace for you to relax and chill at night. We provide free usage of washing machine with detergent, complimentary coffee and other amenities like microwave oven, filtered water machine, clothes iron and refrigerator. It is mandatory to pay sales tax 8% and tourism tax of MYR10 per room per night in addition to the room charges at our property. We only accept cash payment for the total room charges.
Very near to the famous Goddess of Mercy Temple. Little India, Esplanade Fort Cornwallis and Armenian Street and many others murals are within walking distance.
