Room condition ok, but tv channels limited for local. Small and nice gym, sadly the treamill broken...
Not far to the beach, but there is nothing much and not very pleasant. Only few shops/streetfood places in the village. DIY laundry hut close by which was nice.
Also, easy to hop in to the bus and go to GT or Batu Ferring.
Safety box did not work during check in, but service staff quickly change it.

very frequent bus service to Georgetown and only Rm2.40 per person each way. Take the bus to Teluk Bahang, terminus is at entrance to Penang National Park - some great hiking trails to Keracut Beach, (Turtle Beach), from there take the boat to Monkey beach and the hiking trail to the lighthouse - great day out, if you like jungle hiking

The night markets are amazing and the food is to die for. Everything is so close you can walk everywhere but if you don’t feel like walking you could always get a taxi on the grab app. So quick and easy.

ParkRoyal Penang despite its age has held up very well, the renovated spaces look amazing. The resort has amazing parking, great swimming pools and the direct access to the beach is truly beautiful. The hotel has good staff and big rooms with ample light.
It is very close to the night market and the 24 hours open convenience shops which does help, the lobby is truly amazing. I have a whole video on the resort on my YouTube page :P
It was on a bus route between Batu Ferringhi and Penang Town, so it was well located. Also, it was easy to get Grab taxis. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable with great amenities and a wonderful shower. The bed was super-comfy. Great breakfast selection. Good pool.
I love this hotel, it is located at a very quiet area.
I stay in this hotel every year during my return to Penang.
However I do find the staff quality is getting a bit low this year, otherwise it is all fine.
I still love this hotel and will go back again for sure.
Fast check in and out, friendly staff, always fulfill our requirements. Thumbs up for Hard Rock Hotel Penang. We had a unforgettable family trip there with buddies and kids.
Had a great stay of almost one month, it's a budget hotel but rooms are comfy, location is very good and the staff were really nice! I would recommend it.
