Lamu has a lot to offer and its amazing place for holiday, authentic and special. We loved our stay, locatipon is great too!!!!

Lovely authentic design, super sweet staff (shout out to Amani for always helping out with a big smile), and I LOVE the idea of the tea hour, as well as the wonderful fresh homemade breakfast. Situated in Shela, Shela Bahari features a restaurant and sea views, 100 metres from Manda Beach and 300 metres from Shela Beach. Set on the beachfront, this property has a shared lounge. The pictures don’t do the property any justice. My room had the perfect view for the purple hues of the sunset. The food, room, location was perfect. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was very inviting. I felt like I was at a family home instead of a hotel….the intimacy of the hotel was peaceful.
