I liked that the house was right in the middle of community houses, which made me feel more connected to the old town. The breakfast that Arnold made was amazing and I really liked the vibe of the place. There were plenty of dining places nearby and all of the host's recommendation was 10 on 10.

Beautifully decorated and clean with an excellent, friendly, and attentive staff , great location with easy walking distance to all activities and beautiful views from the top floor. Building had generators so we still had power when power went out in the area.

Our stay on Manda’s side at Mangrove House was truly wonderful. The location is unmatched, the peace and quiet are absolute. The staff is wonderful and so is the owner, super attentive and ready to help and share. The house is right in front of Shela and Peponi hotel, just a short boat trip away. Would absolutely go back, and recommend it to everyone going to Lamu!

Dengan pemandangan bandar, Andavelo House terletak di Lamu dan mempunyai restoran, khidmat shuttle percuma, bar, taman, kolam renang luaran sepanjang tahun dan teres. This house is amazing, love the traditional decor and feel. The room was really big and spacious, fitted with fans to cool the room and Safari was really helpful with everything. I would 100% come back to stay here. The food was also really amazing thank you!

Featuring a swimming pool and tropical gardens, Kijani Hotel is situated on the coast of Lamu Island, along the Indian Ocean. The décor comes with natural handmade furniture, lanterns and ornaments. The location can not be beat, but the pool and court yard stole the show

Terletak 2-minit berjalan kaki dari 18th Century Swahili House Museum, Beytsalam menawarkan penginapan dengan taman, lounge berkongsi dan dapur berkongsi untuk kemudahan anda. WiFi percuma ditawarkan.... Beytsalam means hospitality. Everything was perfect, from our arrival (with a pick up from the airport arranged by the hotel) to our last day on the island. The location is very good, close to the sea and the port (for a day trip on a boat) and the city center, which makes you really experience the life of Lamu. The hotel manager helped us organise various activities, like a boat trip and a snorkeling trip and all exceeded our expectations: the crew, the food and the experience as a whole were great. He also recommended good restaurants nearby which we really loved. We always felt safe and that we had someone to rely on. The hotel itself is in a very nice building and we really enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace with the sea view. The room was clean and comfortable. We wished we could have spent more days there!

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, Banana House and Wellness Centre is located in Shela village, Lamu 2.7 km from Gallery Baraka. The property is set 2.8 km from Lamu Fort. Truly beautiful place. The personnel was very attentive and the food delicious. They recomend and organise your activities in the area for you to have a full experience. Can only recommend.

This historical Arabian-style building is located in the UNESCO-listed town of Lamu. It is less than 300 metres from the seafront and 3 km from the white sandy beach. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and thoughtful in every way. The recommendations are incredible and just the overall care for each and every guest is remarkable. So thankful to have stayed here!

Al-reidy House terletak di Lamu, 5-minit berjalan kaki dari 18th Century Swahili House Museum dan 300m dari Riyadha Mosque. The room was nice, with a balcony, although there was a small bathroom, it was everything we needed. They remove the rubbish so that was nice. It had a mosquito net and a fan. The host was very nice, he offered to meet us at the dock.
