Situated in remote island of Shiraishi, Shiraishi Island International Villa offers accommodation surrounded by nature. Very well designed facilities. The shower room has two showers so a family or couple can use it at the same time, and the bath is big. Beautiful view. Peaceful location.

Guest House Toranjyo-lit is set in Tamano, 60-minutes from Takamatsu via ferry and 60-minutes from Okayama via train or bus. Guests can enjoy the on-site cafe. The owners of the place were really nice, and the guest house was well equipped and had good facilities.

This little hotel which I mainly booked to break up our driving journey between destinations turned out to be a little gem. It was quaint clean and had a beautiful traditional Japanese garden outlook from our room and the best dinner we had in Japan. The food was top notch and so delicious it melted in your mouth. Definitely book the meal option 😊

Nestled in the beautiful countryside, Okayama Hostel Igusa is a traditional 50-year old Japanese-style home that has been renovated into a guesthouse. Very close to the station. Quiet nice and lovely stay. Allowed me to use the common room up until 12 pm. That was so lovely. If I ever visit Okayama again, I will choose this stay again.
