They also decorated the guesthouse for Halloween, which was cute! :) We would love to stay here again! :D

This was a wonderful guest house stay. Our hostess was so kind and made us feel welcome. My son and I stayed in the room that slept 3 and had a small living space included. It was in a very convenient location and we enjoyed our walk to the Nara park. We would definitely stay here again.

Yatakiya's staff are exceptionally nice, and they do everything to make the stay comfortable and special. The surrounding area is beautiful and relaxing, with typical Japanese multi-level fields next to wild forest. We also had a great time talking to the non-English speaking members of the staff via voice translation apps.
