Boasting a sauna, 木木木木 KIGI MOKU MOKU is situated in Sasebo. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Breakfast was so awesome. The owner lady got up early in the morning and she prepared a Japanese-style breakfast with warm care. I was able to use the sauna even after the breakfast, so I had a pleasant meal and enjoyed the sauna. I left after enjoying a very good rest in hospitality that I can't feel anywhere else in Japan. The bedding in the room was comparable to a 5-star hotel. All the usable spaces were really clean and organized, so just looking at them made me feel good. The usable space is very large compared to typical accommodations in Japan.

35 km from Huis Ten Bosch, ゲストハウスのスタジオ５１ is a recently renovated property set in Sasebo and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Breakfast was delicious and the host was very friendly, recommended a lot of touristic spots!

島宿糸 provides a public bath, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Iki. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The owners were extremely hospitable, from helping make reservations for restaurants and activities on the island to greeting us when we come back from a day of exploring the island. The owners prepared meals as well, which was exceptional. We loved the architecture and atmosphere of the accommodation itself, as it was a newly renovated traditional home. Thank you Masumi San and Oo San, we loved our stay here so much I could not speak highly enough! :) <3

Set in Tsushima in the Nagasaki region, Guest House「さごんヴィレッジ」 offers accommodation with free private parking. One day, soon I hope, I'll be able to be fluent enough with my Japanese to review places like this one. Nevertheless, still not the case. :'( This place could be described with one world: fabulous. Really, totally, incredibly fabulous. When the bus left me in the middle of nowhere, when I crossed a town slowly, without population to carry out its history, when I found out that the school before the guesthouse was in fact the guesthouse (yeah, should have checked /o), I was as excited as afraid. That was for naught though. Understanding the village his population and history, helps a lot understanding the place. Without children to study in it, the school was closed around 10 years ago, and then repaired, treated with a lot of love and respect until the result you will find there: a cosy, comfortable, clean and warm place run by a bunch of adorable people, always there for advices, recommendations and useful tips. Sleeping alone (not many visitors there !) in this huge empty school may seem a little gloomy and scary (some horror movie vibes ?), you will soon forget about it while enjoying the beautiful scenery surrounding the school, while meeting the villagers and the workers at the tea farm nearby (which were the reason why I went there the first place) and while enjoying the delicious food provided by the hosts (on certain days). These few days were the last of a fantastic month of holidays I spent in Kyushu. Staying there was one of the best ideas I had for sure! お世話になりました!

Kota and Sachi (the hosts) were incredibly kind, accommodating and helpful. Had great conversations with them. Room was warm and tidy. Excellent local restaurant and bar recommendations. E-bike rental service was provided with recommendations on where to visit, how long you'd need etc. Would definitely recommend! 👌

Yukinoura Guest House Moritaya er staðsett í Saikai og í aðeins 38 km fjarlægð frá Peace Park en það býður upp á gistirými með fjallaútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Staff was incredibly friendly and treated us very well. It was a pleasure to talk with everyone. The whole place felt like home. I would definitely visit again!

TSUDOI Guest house er staðsett í innan við 47 km fjarlægð frá Nagasaki-sögusafninu og 48 km frá Nagasaki-lestarstöðinni. Það býður upp á herbergi með loftkælingu og sameiginlegu baðherbergi í Unzen. It rained the majority of the time I was there, but nevertheless I had a great time!! The nature in/around Unzen is beautiful, but best of all were the people I met at the hostel, especially Jennie and Momo who were working there when I was there. Thanks!!

Á Kitikibase Guest House er boðið upp á gistirými í Iki með sameiginlegri setustofu. Það er í 1,3 km fjarlægð frá Tsutsuki-ströndinni og býður upp á einkainnritun og -útritun. The location was near some really nice beaches. The staff were wonderful.

GardenRoom bnb Yumyum er staðsett í Nagasaki, nálægt bæði Nagasaki-sögusafninu og Nagasaki-lestarstöðinni og býður upp á heitan pott og garð. The breakfast was excellent and very filling, and the atmosphere felt as if family it was dining together. The house was very kind and showed me different local attractions and activities to see in Nagasaki, which I did see if you under his recommendation and it did not disappoint. The room was very very comfortable and perfectly sized for one person. Definitely would stay again.
