The hosts were lovely and made us feel right at home in Japan. The house itself was fantastic. We had an amazing stay and we hope to visit again next yew for more nights.

The owners were incredibly lovely, they welcomed us quite late but we still had time to order dinner, which was delicious. We had the singapore-style chicken and it was amazing. The hospitality made us feel like long-lost friends - it was really incredible. We had breakfast there in the morning and they even made the bread themselves, it was soft and fluffy but toasted to perfection. After that, we felt more than ready for a long day of exploring the coast. I would definitely recommend staying here. However, as indicated in the booking, showers are shared. It is also slightly noisy with a large road nearby and some train tracks. Bring earplugs :) 100% would stay here again.

The shared facilities were great - there's a big, comfy shared area with a well equipped kitchen, and showers and toilets are clean and plentiful. Our beds were pretty comfy. It's right next to a path to the beach - about a 10 minute walk. Good wetsuits and boards to rent too, and the beach had good beginner waves.

Located in Ebino, Dan Hiyori - Vacation STAY 08978v has accommodation 37 km from Kirishima Jingu Shrine. We loved staying in this beautiful bnb. The host was very friendly and made delicious garden fresh breakfasts and dinners that were included in our room rate. The space was very generous with comfortable chairs and tables. We had 2 nice tatami rooms with comfortable bedding. A good location if you have a car and plan to hike.
