Love the room decor and atmosphere of the whole building - was a little jarring at first, but the longer I was there, there more appreciative of the little details and the work rhats gone in. It was like staying in an art gallery.

Situated in Yakushima and only 700 metres from Isso Beach, 屋久杉楼 七福 features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The staff was so nice and inviting and the house itself was beautiful. If I ever find myself in Yakushima again, I will definitely stay there again.

Really lovely and helpful hosts and the house is very beautiful and clean. I also recommend eating Keihan as a breakfast there, it's a delicious local dish. When I return to Amami, I will definitely stay here again ♥️

Guest room Halemakana ligger få skridt fra Higashi-stranden og tilbyder værelser med aircondition og balkon. Wonderful place in such a great environment. The hosts are so nice and welcoming. The decoration is great. The sea view is stunning. You even have a room with a micro wave when you can snack if need be. Several shops around and great places to eat. It is close to a bus stop too and in 30 min you are in Naze the capital. There is a place closeby where you can have a massage too. We absolutly loved it. Thank you so much.

Guesthouse Coco Garage ligger i Kirishima, 5,8 km fra Kirishima Jingu-helligdommen og 19 km fra Ebino-plateauet, og har udsigt til den indre gårdhave. We spent great moments here. Inside the house, it is pretty warm. There are coffee beans and everything ready for us to make a hand drip coffee. I can’t wait to make one cup. The coffee taste so good and smooth, maybe this is selected beans. I connected the Bluetooth speaker and playing Mayumi Itsuwa’s songs. Music harmonized with the lovely chalet interior, the atmosphere is so relaxing and immersive. Kihara-san is very nice. The Shinyu Onsen he recommended is gorgeous. The hot spring water is wonderful. It is milky-white, so natural and so great. I guess it come from a sulphur spring. In the daytime, we hiked around Onamiike and Ebino Plateau. The crater lake is amazing and there are great views along the trails. At night, we do BBQ in front of the chalet. We rent a Charcoal Konro Grill set, it is really convenient. We bought some Japanese Wagyu beef for yakiniku from supermarket near Kirishima. The beef is yummy, really delicious.

La Isla Tasse ligger 15 minutters kørsel fra Yakushima Lufthavn og er charmerende indkvartering i et stort palæ i amerikansk stil. I loved this place. It’s a beautiful house, beautifully located next to the lake, close to restaurants, close to a busstop. Mainly: the hosts are incredibly friendly ♥️ order the breakfast you wont regret. They can make it vegetarian on request.

Tomarigi ligger 3 minutters gang fra Yakushima Lufthavn og byder på sovesale, have med hængekøje samt gratis WiFi. Der er opholdsstue med fladskærms-tv og dvd-afspiller samt fælles køkken. Satomi-san is the best woman! She was so nice and friendly with everybody, she creates special atmosphere of this place. She made me onigiri for hiking, but they were so big, that I finished just one. I’m so sorry…😬 When I have just arrived to Tomarigi, I was a bit sad and tired, but in the end of my stay it was like to live in a family. Can’t wait to come back and see Satomi-san again 🙃
