We had all the needs met. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We loved everything about beautiful Biei and Furano region.

Yoshie San is one of the best host I met in Japan! The atmosphere is amazing, the common room is small but everyone is sharing and chatting freely. I think Yoshie really do a good job to connect each other together :) I think this is a very cool place for solo travellers and backpackers, the bed is surprisingly comfortable:) The room may not suitable for people’s who are looking for a hotel style service. Yet, if you want to chat or having travelling advise, I think you can just stop by and grab a beer. Yoshie San is familiar with Sapporo and have many local recommendations.

They are so warm and friendly. The place itself is very clean and well organized. Free miso soup, tea, and coffee in the common area was also very welcomed! There's even a bathtub for those who prefer that over a shower. Very well recommended for anyone to stay!

Shabby House is a 60-year old traditional Japanese home that is situated in Sapporo. Nishisenjuyojo Station is a 3-minute walk away from the property. It was a wonderful time in the shabby house. The host is extremly nice and offered to drive us multiple times! The vegetarian breakfast was delicious and different each day. He made it considering our schedule which we appreciate very much. We can only recommend staying here!!

Surrounded by serene pasture and vegetable fields, Pension Megumiyuki is situated just a 4-minute drive from Biei Station. The accommodation, staff and location were all incredible! Super cozy rooms with a great common area. It was nestled in trees and fields full of flowers, and the owner was truly sweet. We really appreciated where it was situated - but we did have a car, and I know that made it much easier to travel between Furano and Biei which were both lovely! Extremely pleasant and would absolutely come back!
