They also provided valuable tips and recommendations regarding local attractions and activities, which enhanced my overall experience. The ability to handle permits and other travel formalities was invaluable. It allowed me to focus on enjoying my stay without unnecessary worries or problems. The owner went the extra mile to promptly fulfill all my needs with a smile. Their dedication to providing top-notch service left a lasting impression on me. My expectations were exceeded by 150%. The room was central with traditional decor and beside an atmospheric river plus had every comfort like plentiful hot water shower, cleanliness and tons of warm blankets for the cold and very reasonable price.

Featuring free WiFi, Heschuk Guest House is set in Leh. Featuring a garden, the guest house is close to several noted attractions, around 1.5 km from Shanti Stupa and around 900 metres from Main... I really enjoyed the stay. Padma (I believe is the owner) was really attentive and regularly checked on me if I was doing alright which was really nice. There is proper hot water available for shower too. It it not centralised, so just turn on the switch and let the tank hear up the water. The room was really spacious and the bed was comfortable. Had a really good sleep. I think no compromises were made in terms of comfort of stay for the guests. Some of the power sockets kinda have international adapter built into it. So, I could charge my devices without needing an adapter. I appreciate that extra touch in the room design. Food was also good, with big portion. There is like a shared balcony area with nice view too.

This place is a family run business, Ilham, the owner and his mother, Mme Sweety, were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was home made and delicious. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need to be comfortable including a mini fridge, tv, a kettle and heater for winter. The owners provided me with helpful tips to move around in touristic places and also in Srinagar. They were a blessing on my solo trip.
