Sumatra Expedition Lodge is a recently renovated guest house in Bukit Lawang, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. Les instal•lacions estan en un entorn meravellós. Tot el personal, absolutament tots són un encant, parlen anglès i són súper atents. El menjar que cuinen és boníssim i s’adapten a tu sense problema. Allà t’ofereixen els trekkings per la selva i el guia que nosaltres vam tenir va ser top! El preu del trekking és estàndard i marcat pel govern, per tal no perdeu temps en buscar altres empreses més econòmiques. Els seus guies són molt respectuosos amb la natura i els animals. Durant el nostre trekking vam veure guies d’altres empreses que no ho eren tant i això per nosaltres era molt important, així que molt contentes per escollir Sumatra Lodge Expedition. Vaig tenir un accident al seu hotel i l’amo de seguida es va preocupar d’ajudar-me, em va portar al metge i em va aconseguir un conductor privat que em va portar a les 10 de la nit a la capital, a l’hospital. Quan reserves amb ells t’ofereixen l’opció d’un conductor privat que et recull a l’aeroport i et porta cap a l’hotel. El camí són unes 3-4hores. Recomanem aquesta opció, ja que el transport públic és una bogeria i no saps quan trigaràs… Durant el camí amb el cotxe privat, el conductor ens va aturar a comprar-nos una SIM, ens va semblar molt cara i ell, súper amable ens va portar a un altre lloc més econòmic. 100% recomanable!

We have loved our stay with Robert & his family SO much. There’s no lie in the name; it has the most amazing view on the ocean, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a beautiful sunset with a cold Bintang. We had an amazing traditional dinner (some of the best food we tasted in West-Sumatra) & felt so welcomed by the whole family. We fell in love with Rocky, the house dog, who will guide you on any walk & find his way back when you decide to take a coffee break :) Stayed for 6 nights, Could not recommend more! THE BEST!

With mountain views, Sumatra Orangutan Discovery Villa is situated in Bukit Lawang and has a restaurant, full-day security, bar, garden, sun terrace and picnic area. - Les habitacions tenen mosquiteres a les finestres i al llit, que realment van molt bé. - L’esmorzar estava molt bo i la noia que el preparava i servia va ser molt simpàtica, tot i que el vem trobar bastant car comparat amb la resta dels esmorzars que hem estat fent (tenen menús d’esmorzar per 80.000 i si demanes per carta la mitjana dels plats valen 40-50.000).

Providing garden views, SeaGate Bungalows in Sabang provides accommodation, a private beach area and a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The owners Yuyun and Borja see hundreds of tourists every year but have the gift of making everyone feel special. Location, facilities and food were excellent. Breakfast and dinner at La Boca Chica restaurant, which is part of SeaGate, were the best part of our day.

Set in Tuk Tuk in the Sumatra region, Juma cottages features a garden. There is an on-site restaurant and free private parking. All units in the guest house are fitted with a kettle. Lake access and beautiful view from the garden as well as the room - I think The most beautiful out of all The accomodation I’ve seen while walking around Tuk Tuk Village. New and very clean apartaments. Great banana pancaces for breakfast:) Very warm and helpful owners- helped organize a guide and transport around The lake as well as futher trip.

Toba Sunset features free WiFi. Each room has a balcony with views of the lake, rice fields and the surrounding mountains in Tuk Tuk. At Toba Sunset every room is fitted with a seating area. La propietària, Maia, es una persona encantadora, molt simpàtics i que ens va ajudar en tot moment. L’habitació amb sala d’estar tenia una terrassa privada que dona directe al llac i des d’on podies esmorzar. Un ambient molt agradable!

Batu Kapal Guest House & Jungle trekking offers an accommodation in Bukit Lawang by the Landark River overlooking Leuser National Park. Price, Staff, food and accommodation was sooo nice, nature bath in the river, jungle road to place. Live in a deep nature-that’s what I really want in Bukit Lawang. Owner Bayu and his team help me with everything, I will come back brothers

We do not accept room orders if guests have ordered jungle trekking with another company (without exception), for some reason, our room only available for guests who book activities with us. Beautiful location right on the river, you can watch monitor lizards and Monkeys while eating a delicious breakfast. The food in the restaurant was excellent, we ate almost every meal here. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. Obiwan and his staff were all extremely helpful and kind with excellent English. We chose to organise the 2 day jungle trek with them and it was a great decision, the guides and the overall experience was excellent.

Offering views of Mount Sinabung, Nachelle Homestay is a 15-minute walk from the centre of Berastagi. Free internet access is provided in public areas. Great hosts and very organised. Could do everything through Mery including laundry, dinner, breakfast and Sibayak Mountain guides. Really easy stay and nice and clean.
