This homestay is one of the cleanest I have stayed at in my two month trip to Indonesia. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the place looks new and well cared for. The wifi was working perfectly, just like the AC. The room smelled good. It is also very quiet, so I slept like a baby. I stayed in the twin room.. But most of all, the owners, Annie indah and her husband Johannes are the most caring, helpful and friendly people ever! They took good care of me since the moment I arrived by giving me all sort of advice and even helped me book the train ticket! They even invited me for a tea with freshly baked cake. And the breakfast is delicious, a full meal. Annie Indah is a great cook. I really felt at home! If you are in Banyuwangi don't miss the opportunity to stay at this place!

Located within 31 km of Watu Dodol in Banyuwangi, Mi Casa - The gem of Ijen features accommodation with seating area. Wow. Everything was truly magical. The name is correct— it IS a gem!!! The moment we arrived Erika warmly greeted us with a fresh dragon fruit juice. The room is SO luxurious, the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, ever. The gardens are lush, the river is clean and the area is so spiritual and relaxing. We spent so much time at the pool swimming, reading, meditating. The owners are so lovely. Marc taught us many things about Java and about life. We appreciated his conversations. Happy to call them friends. Special shout out to young Rico!!! The chef of the house!! Amazing home cooked meals, the best we’ve had in our trip through Indonesia. Thank you Rico you smashed it and you have a great future ahead.

El bamboo guesthouse is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Jambu, where guests can make the most of its free bikes and garden. The guesthouse is an amazing example of functionality, beauty, creativity and cleaning. It’s like you are inside a jungle for the night, sleeping hearing the sound of birds. Everything was clean, the host was incredibly kind. He pick up from Ketapang and organised everything for Kawah Ijen excursion. Than we had also dinner and breakfast and the food is amazing as well.

JALA GUEST HOUSE near JUANDA AIRPORT, a property with a terrace, is situated in Sawotratap, 14 km from Sharp Bamboo Monument, 14 km from Submarine Monument, as well as 14 km from Gubeng Train Station.... We enjoyed a comfortable stay. Herry, our host was heartwarming, friendly and responsive. I recommend the food that is available, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner at the accommodation. It was also great to have a safe gated place to park our motorcycles. Many thanks!

Staff were so lovely and kind, allowed me an early check in as I was riding from Jember on my bicycle and needed to store it somewhere before check in - instead they let me settle in early. Rohmat helped me with some activities as I was too late to go to the waterfall. Lovely experience and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Brand new, great beds, the best view from your room and patio ever, clean. The hosts are spuperfriendly. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night.
