He made everything easy for us to have a pleasant stay. It really felt like home. The ability to cook, do your washing, and use the bicycle are a huge plus !

My husband and I arrived early (not intentionally) and Simon was so accommodating and pleasant. The room was everything we needed and the garden and pool were a bonus. Unfortunately we stayed on a Sunday when there was no supper service; everyone raved about the suppers. We did however enjoy a great breakfast! I would recommend this BnB in a heartbeat!

5 Minutes Airport Lodge ligger i Kampong Patagas, 7,6 km fra det filippinske marked Sabah og 3,3 km fra North Borneo Railway. Der tilbydes værelser med aircondition og eget badeværelse. The staff were really helpful, even offered to help me book my taxi at 2am if I struggled but luckily it was easy enough to find a grab car to get to the airport! The room was exactly as expected, basic but comfortable and clean. And the hotel was an easy 15 minute walk from the airport, just across the highway - there is a walking bridge, which I did during the day.

DA Family Mini Garden ligger i Ranau og har udsigt til haven, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. Dette pensionat har have. Pensionatet har familieværelser. Very hearty family, took perfect care of us, drove us around for very good price and communicated very good and steady. Meals cooked by the mother were delicious. We could pet cats and dogs. It was I think the cleaniest accommodation in Sabah :) Dont hesitate to contact them even if they seem to be fully booked! They can send you more info on how to get there by bus from Kota Kinabalu.

For us, the location was great - it’s right by the airport, and not too far from the rainforest discover center/orangutan rehab center. The house has everything: water and dryer, blender, countertop oven, filtered water, etc. Communication was friendly and helpful (our flight arrived at 12:30pm and we could check in early). We had a nice quiet morning coffee and chat in the garden/patio area out back, too.
