Arrandale House would get a 100/10 if Booking.com permitted it! We chose the place in part because of its quiet location, beautiful views and the reviews. With a 9.9 by 50 reviewers, how could this place be anything but fabulous…. But my, were we in for a royal treatment! First off, the view as we entered the driveway was spectacular. The garden and patio were beautifully maintained. We spotted a few birds and a rabbit just as we reached and were told we’d be seeing more fauna later. The hostess Kerry, is a natural at hospitality. Though she’s been running Arrandale House only the last few years, she seems like a veteran. She was at the door to welcome us and we felt at home immediately. Her personal touch and attention to detail reflects in just about everything in the property. The dining hall, staircase, rooms and en-suite washrooms exude old-world charm, great taste and are impeccably clean. The property has been restored to a very high standard. We felt we were in a five star hotel! The linen and towels were the best quality. The towels were warm with the heating in in the bathroom switched already switched on. Ample toiletries were provided. Kerry showed us around and explained everything in great detail and was very helpful with suggestions about where to eat and what to see. The file on brochures in each room was well updated. We filled up our breakfast forms which she had carefully designed and we were treated like royalty at breakfast. She takes great pains to cook and serve a sumptuous meal right down to the way she puts together each dish. William, her husband is a very warm and friendly host as well. We spent time with him sharing many stories. Together, they make a wonderful team. For us, staying with them was an experience we will always cherish as quintessential Scottish warmth and hospitality. Already planning when we are going back! Highly, highly recommend.

Las camas me parecieron muy cómodas. Muy tranquilo, casi no se escucha ni un ruido. El desayuno bastante bien y la atención muy buena.
La ubicación, el entorno es precioso. La comodidad de las camas y los baños reformados. El check in on line nos facilitó enormemente el acceso a las 12h de la noche. Nos dieron una cabaña de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños cuando habíamos solicitado de 1 así que, fue una grata sorpresa y encantados con el cambio. El personal es encantador, te ayudan en todo y son muy amables. El desayuno escocés está buenísimo
Nos gustó muchísimo. Instalaciones amplias, buen desayuno, la habitación tenía todo tipo de detalles y la cama era comodísima.
En general todo estuvo correcto, el desayuno adecuado (aunque no muy variado), el hotel es pintoresco, en una casa antigua con destilería propia, con encanto, el pub estaba muy concurrido en la tarde-noche, con buen ambiente para tomar unas cervezas antes de irse a dormir, se aparca sin problemas y es cómodo para visitar Pitlochry y los alrededores, el P-N. Cairngorms...
Buen desayuno. La habitación era amplia y las camas cómodas. El baño estaba reformado.
Fueron muy amables porque llegamos 5 minutos más tarde de la hora límite de check in y no nos pusieron problema. Desayuno incluido a elección. Camas cómodas. Aparcamiento privado junto al alojamiento. Habitación enorme.
Tanto el personal, como la habitación, la amplitud, la medida de las camas, la limpieza, el desayuno, la localización.
