A family of 5 but with such great space and 2 bathrooms, we could have stayed much longer than one night. Very clean and tidy hotel with short walking distance to the main street and walks, I very much recommend to stay here. Breakfast staff was very serviceminded as well!

Situated in the town of Pitlochry, Atholl Villa Guest House is a privately owned Victorian building, offering views of Ben Vrackie. It has free parking and retains many original features, such as open fireplaces and wooden sash windows. Very nice and clean rooms. It must be newly renovated. Loved the shower! The breakfast was served in a cosy room and the The full Scottish breakfast was yummie! Very sweet and friendly staff! It is very close to the town-center, like 2 minutes, and the town is so cute, we had unfortunately very little time to stay there but we went to the fish ladder which was interesting and it was a nice walk.

They are finished with the highest quality oak and leather. The room was perfect, the hosts were lovely, our breakfast very diverse and tasty. We would love to come back again

The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is 46 km from Scone Palace. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Everything about the property, and in particular the owners who provided all of the services, including an outstanding breakfast, was excellent. If there’s anything I can say, that was a bit difficult was getting our big heavy bags up to our rooms. It’s a narrow staircase, and we are an elderly couple, but I have to say that the owner couldn’t have been more helpful personally taking our bags to our rooms. Overall, it was a delightful stay and kudos go to the owners.

Our stay with Meg and Chris was exceptional! They are amazing hosts - very very welcoming and caring. Their house is beautiful with lots of charming details. The breakfast was delicious, they made everything themselves. We would love to come back!
