A recently renovated guest house set in Abergavenny, Park Lane Rooms features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Margaret was a lovely, friendly host. We especially liked the ultra-modern shower with precise temperature controls! As Americans accustomed to air conditioning, the little A/C was really nice to have as well! There's a beautiful little garden out back, and it's only a 5-10 minute walk to town.

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Y Fan is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Caerphilly, 12 km from Cardiff University. Beautiful would be an Understatement Very nice hotel furnished with a lot of love. Adrian an Christine were Perfect Hosts. Breakfast and and our room could not have even been better. We felt very comfortable. Thanks a lot.:-)

Set in Gilwern and only 26 km from Longtown Castle, Pantybeiliau House Bed & Breakfast offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Our stay in the Sugar Loaf suite was delightful from start to finish. The approach to this imposing stately home is stunning, as are the gardens and surrounding mountains. Our 3-room suite (bedroom, sitting room, enormous bath) was beautifully decorated, with obvious thought given to guests’ every comfort. If you love antiques, 4-poster beds, floral chintz and a large claw foot soaking tub, this is for you! Views from windows on 3 sides, even from the tub. A balcony from which to enjoy the perfectly manicured gardens. Wonderful breakfasts! (Dinners by special arrangement and highly recommended.). Best of all: the hosts, Harry and Nicola. They will attend to your every wish, and they have wonderful stories to tell of championship equestrian competition and of Nicola’s father, an internationally famous cricketer.

The whole stay was amazing. The hosts did everything they could to help us have an amazing stay for a wedding which we had down the road. The breakfast was also great with lovely fresh fruit and pastries and the grounds around the house were stunning. I love that it’s filled with the hosts artwork and sculptures. We’re already planning a trip back but this time to do a bit of walking and exploring. Couldn’t recommend more!

It was really interesting to hear a bit about the place, and about the family business. We got a lovely room, with a well equipped with kitchenette. The bathroom was ensuite and very large. Everything was extremely clean.

Along with a dreamy bed and a hot steamy shower, our room and the rest of the house was immaculately clean and perfect after a hike. Would stay there every time!
