I loved the location, it was so close to the sea that I could hear the waves, I could see the horses roaming and grazing across the street and it was a beautiful walk into Las Galeras and other surrounding areas. As a solo traveler the room size was perfect and the advice and suggestions I received throughout my stay were all appreciated. The breakfast was outstanding, not only the tase and quality of food but the presentation and attention to detail.

We initially booked only 1 night, but came back for another :) Everything as in the pictures, but better!

The special CHALET TROPICAL Hotel & Restaurant-Pizzeria Cusine offers the chance to enjoy products of the Dominican cuisine, presented in a tropical way. The bungalow was amazing. Which we had more options of restaurants in the area bit expensive and the food was not that great. We did not eat at the property as it was expensive at 40.00 per person. The place was extremely clean although room service did clean the room. We put the notification on the door for room service and no one cleaned. Front desk staff was great. Love this place will go again.

I loved the architecture and that mix of classic and modern. I also liked that it was very close to the beach, restaurants and walkways where you can jog or walk.

First of all, Mauricio and his family are lovely hosts. Always making sure that everything is going well for us, that we don't lack of anything. They welcomed with fresh fruits and the breakfast was really good also. Mauricio even took the time to show us the surrounding during a little hike, it was so nice from him. About the accommodation, it's a lovely bungalow, with natural material and nicely decorated with a lot a flowers. Very comfy and romantic as well. The view over nature is amazing and you feel like in a little shelter in the jungle. To resume, I can surely recommend you to stay here if you want to spend some days in Las Terennas.
