Offering a garden and sea view, Casa Azul Las Galeras is set in Las Galeras, 1.5 km from Las Galeras Beach and 2.8 km from Madama Beach. I loved the location, it was so close to the sea that I could hear the waves, I could see the horses roaming and grazing across the street and it was a beautiful walk into Las Galeras and other surrounding areas. As a solo traveler the room size was perfect and the advice and suggestions I received throughout my stay were all appreciated. The breakfast was outstanding, not only the tase and quality of food but the presentation and attention to detail.

Offering a garden and pool view, Solazul is situated in Las Galeras, 300 metres from Las Galeras Beach and 1.2 km from La Playita Beach. The hosts Esther a d Pierre were extremely friendly, garden is so beautiful with many birds and the refreshing swimming pool, eco-friendly and sustainable accommodation, where everything is thought out in details, even Swiss plugs :) and such a various breakfast. We initially booked only 1 night, but came back for another :) Everything as in the pictures, but better!

Set within 200 metres of Punta Popy Beach and less than 1 km of Las Ballenas Beach, Casa Picaflor offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Las Terrenas. Gorgeous property good ! Very nice and Good host !

Situated within 800 metres of Punta Popy Beach and less than 1 km of Las Ballenas Beach in Las Terrenas, Casa Barbara provides accommodation with seating area. It was very clean and the cleaning service even came during the day! Also it’s walkable to the beach and center with all the restaurants!

Located within 1.4 km of Las Galeras Beach and 2.8 km of Madama Beach, 21 Palms features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Las Galeras. Very cosy comfortable, great service!

CHALET TROPICAL Hotel & Restaurant-Pizzeria is 700 metres from La Playita Beach and features a rustic décor. The bungalow was amazing. Which we had more options of restaurants in the area bit expensive and the food was not that great. We did not eat at the property as it was expensive at 40.00 per person. The place was extremely clean although room service did clean the room. We put the notification on the door for room service and no one cleaned. Front desk staff was great. Love this place will go again.

Located in Las Terrenas, 200 metres from Punta Popy Beach, Las Palmas Eco Residence provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and barbecue facilities. This was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip throughout the Dominican Republic! From the location super close to the beach, the super attentive staff at reception with free coffee there every morning, the beautifully decorated little houses in the midst of a lush garden, this place fully deserves a 10/10 rating. We would stay here again :-)

Featuring mountain views, Samo Eco Lodge provides accommodation with balcony, around 5.5 km from Pueblo de los Pescadores. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Samo Eco Lodge was a beautiful stay, with great host! The room was clean and very comfortable. Beautifully set in the mountains, waking up and going to sleep listening to the sounds of nature. Just be aware it is 15ish minutes drive from town, (which is lovely but could be inconvenient for others) The host gave me a moto taxi number though and then was kind enough to take me into town and help me rent a scooter for my stay :) Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

Located in Santa Bárbara de Samaná, Casa El Paraiso, Eco Lodge offers a terrace. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Everything! from the decoration to the kindness of the staff and not to forget the breathtaking view :)
