This guest house features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. one of the best hotels that we ever stayed in!!! clean, modern, new, situated in the beautiful paul valley with excellent views from the terrace. they also organize tours/drivers for you for a very good price. Edson our driver was the best :-) always on time, waiting for us to take photos and even doing short hikes with us to make sure that we dont get lost, we can highly recommend his services if you are staying in the hotel. all staff was super nice and helpful, the hotel owner who we called before our trip as we had so many questions, ladies in the restaurant, the young man who was in charge after the owner left (sorry forgot the name!) who gave us so many excellent tips for hiking and who would always come to talk to us on the terrace to see if we had any questions. frankly, it deserves more than a 10!

No air-conditioning but still cool by leaving windows open, with the downside being outside noise and a couple of streetlights lighting the room somewhat.

An incredible host who runs the place from the genuine love for it! And she does excellent! Its not only all the languages she speaks but also the kindness and willingness to support in every sense of it. You will feel save and well taken care of! The meals are homemade, the bed really comfy and hot water always available (unusual in the area but much needed)

You’re also close to some great hikes. The rooms are a bit more simple, but the property is clean and well-maintained. Great service and communication from the staff all around. The breakfast and dinner they serve is also delicious. I would come back here and recommend this place to friends.

Set in Seladinha in the Santo Antao region, Casa Praia Tarrafal de Monte Trigo features a garden. All rooms come with a terrace with sea views and free WiFi. At the guest house, units have a wardrobe.... Excellent location, small but clean and comfortable rooms, kitchen well equipped, the beds had firm mattresses which I prefer. Great views over the ocean from the terrace. In the center of town but still peaceful at night. Jörg is very knowledgeable about the area and great to chat with. We felt very much at home.
