Offering garden views, Pousada Rural Simpatia in Caculi provides accommodation, a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. The staff was super friendly! It was also nice to participate to this project that empowers local women. The beds were nicely made and clean, the wifi is good, and in the kitchen everything is at your disposal.. We received a late evening snack and a very nice breakfast while enjoying the beautiful mountain view from the garden, in which you can choose the herbs you like to make an infusion <3

Located in Paul, Kasa d'Vizin offers accommodation with seating area. This guest house features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. To say that we both loved this place wouldn't do it justice! Because we adored it! The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated and sitting on the terrace while sipping one of the delicious juices prepared on the spot makes you feel part of a tropical forest. The activities that you can do around Eito abound. Anyway, if you simply choose to stay inside and relax, you've got what you need - Hannelore has thought of everything, from the small details to the big suggestions and recommendations that make a difference. By the way, this is the right place to be for all vegan travellers (and not only them), as the food is delicious! I've had my favourite cachupa of the entire trip around Cabo Verde here! Thank you for making our stay on Santo Antão so special!

Guillaume and the whole team are very friendly. The view from the (public) balcony is great. I really recommend this hotel to everyone who is going to Santo Antao…:-) Obrigado!

Casa Das Ilhas is located in Paul. All rooms includes a private bathroom fitted with a shower. You can enjoy mountain view from the rooms. At Casa Das Ilhas you will find a garden and a terrace. The views are spectacular. The Casa is located near many hiking trails and the host knows these walks well. She is very helpful in planning and organizing your activities. The communal dinner (not mandatory) is a nice opportunity to share experiences with other guests.

Set in Seladinha in the Santo Antao region, Casa Praia Tarrafal de Monte Trigo features a garden. All rooms come with a terrace with sea views and free WiFi. At the guest house, units have a wardrobe.... Excellent location, small but clean and comfortable rooms, kitchen well equipped, the beds had firm mattresses which I prefer. Great views over the ocean from the terrace. In the center of town but still peaceful at night. Jörg is very knowledgeable about the area and great to chat with. We felt very much at home.

Casa BB&Djassi felt like home - with big thanks to the ladies who take amazing care of the house and their guests, Talyna, Djenny and Ana. The rooms are comfortable, the location great and it was just a happy place to be. I’m not the only one who extended my stay while there! Communication was also excellent - with the team accommodating my request for good internet in my room, as well as providing multiple options to work across the house. I’ll definitely be back. I spent four nights there, and it was a perfect base to explore the island from, and a relaxing place to return to after a long day of hiking. Highly recommended.
