She answered all my questions very quickly and provided lots of information. They arranged the shuttle service for us as well as a guide to climb up the volcano. João himself is a guide and you can book him. Obviously the location is perfect and you have a beautiful view of the volcano right from the room. Make sure to eat at Isabella's next door, her food is delicious and she was such a warm and wonderful person. All in all it was a wonderful experience!

Ciza & Rose's place is great! They are amazing hosts, make you feel very welcome, give you lots of advice and tips. The rooms are relatively comfy, there is no hot water but can be requested. Rose does Fogo volcano tours which is very convenient and fairly priced; you can simply arrange it with him when you arrive. He is an excellent guide, he has lots of knowledge and made the experience very interesting, fun and safe. 10/10 would recommend this stay and a hike up the volcano.

The staff were very helpful in organizing a tour and transportation. The hotel is located right in front of the volcano and has stunning views. There's a beautiful garden.

And their child was sooo cuute. They organized me a very good guide to hike to the volcano. His name was Du Santos and he was really really a nice guy. During the trip he learned us a little bite Kreol and told us something about Fogo. I liked the accomodation very much, it was clean and confortable. The owner cooked also excellent. So thank you! They are some of the most warm, welcoming and kind people we have ever met! Their property is in an incredible spot in the caldera with views all around. From the airport pick up, to the amazing home cooked meals, to our guided hike, everything was just great. Highly highly recommend staying here!!

Jose is super host. He organize pick up, cooking, tours around island. They brothers are very good gidės to climb to volcano. My big thanks to Felix. I would reccomend to stay there min. 2 nights.

Sao Filipe is a nice town as well. I can highly recommend this place, make sure you stay long enough to enjoy the wonderful view and spend some time in Sao Filipe as well.
