The room was comfortable and great value for money, there is a good gym downstairs which we were also able to use, but the best part of the experience was the host. She is an absolute star! Let us use her motorbike for 2 days without charge, kindly offered to take us to the ferry terminal so we could get to cat ba island as we couldn't book a taxi. She even brought us free coffee for the journey and didn't want any money for the trip! Outstanding service and would absolutely recommend staying here.

The staff who took care of us were so nice and were really enthusiastic in helping us finding places to explore around the city. Really nice room, great facilities, everything was clean and well taken care of, full amenities including kitchenware. Could not ask for more!! 10/10

She suggested places to go, eat and to shopping. She did her job splendidly. With love

What we liked the most was the villa's pool. Even though the weather was a bit chilly, I couldn’t resist swimming because I loved it so much. The staff was very friendly, and they were also great with pets.
