The room was comfortable and great value for money, there is a good gym downstairs which we were also able to use, but the best part of the experience was the host. She is an absolute star! Let us use her motorbike for 2 days without charge, kindly offered to take us to the ferry terminal so we could get to cat ba island as we couldn't book a taxi. She even brought us free coffee for the journey and didn't want any money for the trip! Outstanding service and would absolutely recommend staying here.

In a matter of minutes he was able to find the perfect room for us without making us feel foolish. Thank you Nam!!!!! We had an absolute blast on a food tour with him. Thank you Nam, for spending the day with us and showing us around your town and all its delicious food!!! Your kindness and enthusiasm is contagious! We absolutely loved our spacious, clean room and even did our laundry!!!!! There was a rack to hang clothes to dry or we could dry them in the washer/dryer. Moments from the apartment is a street FULL of delicious foods to choose from.
