The room was comfortable and great value for money, there is a good gym downstairs which we were also able to use, but the best part of the experience was the host. She is an absolute star! Let us use her motorbike for 2 days without charge, kindly offered to take us to the ferry terminal so we could get to cat ba island as we couldn't book a taxi. She even brought us free coffee for the journey and didn't want any money for the trip! Outstanding service and would absolutely recommend staying here.

The property itself is well managed, with attentive staff who are friendly and very accomodating. Thảo who manages the reception is exceptional. The cleaning staff are very kind and diligent which is reflected in how clean each apartment presents. Rooms are equipped with all of your basic hotel amenities, with the addition of a small kitchenette with pots, pans and cutlery. We’ve stayed here many times before because it’s excellent value and always a consistently comfortable stay.
