Bodrum Local House has a balcony and is situated in Bodrum City, within just 1.7 km of Gumbet Beach and 1.7 km of Bodrum Castle. It is set 2.5 km from Akkan Beach and offers luggage storage space. The property is 1.2 km from Bardakci Bay Beach, and within less than 1 km of the city centre. A little bit out of the way but once you found your way around spot on,a very pleasant cleaning lady not much English but no problem communicating

Featuring air conditioning, this unit has a dressing room and a fireplace. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. This property is in the countryside with beautiful distant views of the mountains and sea. I loved watching the goats and chickens out my window and seeing the sunset. I found it very peaceful and the owners go above and beyond to welcome you and help with anything you may need during your stay. I was there for only 1 night but they booked my taxi to the airport and even drove me to a local market. If you stay here, you do need a car to get around and the 12 islands are very close to the property (as is the airport- only a 10 min ride away.) The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and I loved all the big glass door windows. Bed was very comfortable and I feel lucky to have ended my stay in Turkey in such a peaceful place with wonderful people.

Every thing, the bedroom is like old beach house design, the colors the decor is so beautiful and relaxing, the balcony overlooking the castle of bodrum, the beach and all resturants, you just open the door and you see all this magical view, and the resturans downstairs few few steps only with great food with table on the beach where the waves touch your feet, the bed, pillows and sheets are comfortable, the view and the locations are 10 stars, little bit expensive but worth staying there, the one night we spent there was magical
